She asked if the prescription that was prescribed last visit was working or not.I told her that I couldn't afford it . I told her that I called the office to get the name of the prescription from the office and they were no help.After two days my ShopRite pharmacy gave me the information on what was prescribed. However none of it would be covered under my plan.I told the pharmacy not to fill it,because I couldn't afford it. I had major other needs like paying for Xarelto.I could deal with cracked and dried skin,but I can't take the risk of having another blood clot.Megan said she would look into my phone call into the office.She apologized for the inconvenience and would look into it.She said she would look into alternatives and a day later I got my new prescriptions from Sip Pharmacy. When she walked in the room ,I was about to tell her that this would be my last ever appointment with this office. I saw concern on her face and I was genuinely affected by her and I listened to her in explaining my concerns.I thanked her and left the office knowing she had my best interest at heart.
