My appointment was right on schedule. The staff are all very friendly and professional. The office is very clean and state of the art equipment. Cristina was very thorough, kind and caring. She takes the time to make me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions thoroughly. I am very happy with this practice and would highly recommend them.

I arrived about 15 minutes before my appt. Was taken almost immediately. PA Taylor gave me a thorough full body scan. She asked if I had anything that I was concerned about. I pointed 3 things for her to check, and she did immediately then proceeded w/the examination. She has great bedside manner, very personable and most importantly knowledgeable. She explained different types of freckles/moles and explained what to look for and not to hesitate to make an appt if I see any changes. I felt like I was in good hands with her. I do enjoy the sun and she did not make me feel embarrassed or belittled. I’ve been to dermatologists in the past who have made me feel ashamed. She stressed to always use sunscreen and reapply often and made some recommendations.

The office experience was first rate - timely, conversant, efficient.
However, concerning the lead-up to the appointment: is it really necessary to send a constant stream of "friendly reminders" and requests for confirmation to my phone, my email, and thru texts? I think, in the end, I was asked to confirm like 5 times. Give it a rest .... the repeated request to confirm sure makes it seem you did not pay any attention to the first 2 or 3 confirmations I made.
