About Sara Petro, MS, PA-C
Sara Petro, MS, PA-C found her enthusiasm for dermatology during her studies at the Rutgers University Physician Assistant Program, where she received her Masters of Science in physician assistant studies. In 2021, following graduation, Sara brought her passion for dermatology to our New Jersey practice.
Sara completed her undergraduate degree at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, where she studied Neuroscience. Upon completion of her undergraduate degree, Sara returned to New Jersey to attend Rutgers and become a Physician Associate. After being exposed to the field of dermatology in PA school, Sara had found her passion. Throughout her time at Rutgers, she prepared herself for a career in dermatology by building a foundation of knowledge and experience during both dermatology and surgery rotations.
Sara is excited to use her New Jersey board certification as a physician associate to provide outstanding, humanistic care to our patients in Old Bridge and Freehold, New Jersey.
